NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that MAMMABASE LIMITED has applied for a premises licence to Wakefield Council in relation to Azzurri, 61B Northgate, Pontefract, WF8 1HJ to permit the provision of the following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption On the premises Sunday to Thursday 09:00hrs – 23:30hrs. Friday to Saturday 09:00hrs – 01:30hrs. Live, Recorded music and Latenight refreshment Sunday to Thursday 23:00hrs – 23:30hrs. Friday to Saturday 23:00hrs – 01:30hrs. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at http://www.wakefield.gov.uk. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Wakefield Council, Licensing Department, Wakefield One, PO Box 700, Burton Street, Wakefield, WF1 2EB or Email licensingoffice@wakefield. gov.uk Such written representation must be received by 24/12/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
