What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 3rd December 2025 Ei Group Limited applied to London Borough of Lambeth Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Be At One, 4 Clapham Common South Side, London SW4 7AA. The proposed licensable activities are ;- 1. The provision of recorded music and supply of alcohol on Mondays to Wednesdays from 11.00 to 00.00, Thursdays from 11.00 to 01.00, Fridays and Saturdays from 11.00 to 02.00 and Sundays from 12.00 to 00.00. 2. The provision of late night refreshment on Mondays to Thursdays from 23.00 to 00.00, Fridays and Saturdays from 23.00 to 01.00 and Sundays 23.00 to 23.30. Please note – This application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth, 3rd Floor, Civil Centre, 6 Brixton Road, London SW2 1EG by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk no later than the 31st December 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Lambeth Council and the record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours by an appointment at the above Council address or via the licensing authority’s website, at www.lambeth.
gov.uk/licensing It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
