LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Simon Crompton has applied to Rossendale Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the following premises:
Table & Thyme 95 Newchurch Road, Bacup, OL13 0DN
The proposed licensable activities and their timings are:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol (For consumption on the premises only):
Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 22:00
Provision of Recorded Music:
Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 22:00
Hours premises will be open to the public:
Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 22:00
The full application can be viewed by members of the public during normal office hours at the offices of the Rossendale Council Licensing Section.
Any person wishing to make relevant representations to the application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address below, or by email to licensing@rossendalebc.co.uk.

Representations must be received no later than 30th December 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application. A person is liable on summary conviction for the offence to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
