You can also view the application at the Civic Centre via appointment by calling 01303 853660.
Any interested party or responsible authority can make a representation in respect of the application by submitting a comment on the licensing register or send it in writing to Licensing, Civic Centre, Castle Hill Avenue, Folkestone, Kent CT20 2QY.

The representation must be received by 5pm on 1 January 2026. This notice remains in force from and including the day after the giving of this notice to the Licensing Authority, namely 5 December 2025 for 28 consecutive days. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5,000.
