LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

BAMBOO LARKLANE LTD has applied for the VARIATION of a PREMISES LICENCE for Bamboo Brunch, 91 Lark Lane, Liverpool, L17 8UP for the following licensable activities : To vary the licence to permit pre booked private functions on Fridays and Saturdays, when required, with a terminal hour of 01.00 hours. You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it through liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. 

Representations must be received no later than the 25 December 2025. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with a maximum fine of £5000 on summary conviction. Dated 22 November 2025
