LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE/ CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE
Premises: 14 Wellington Street, Gateshead, NE8 2AJ
Notice is given that Victor Indigo November (Events) Limited has applied to Gateshead Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The Licensable activities are:
Supply of alcohol (both on and off the premises) 10:00 - 23:00 hours everyday
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, Gateshead Council, Civic Centre, Gateshead NE8 1HH or via email to licensing@gateshead.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than 28 December 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
