Notice of Application of the grant of a Premises Licence
I, Leanne Gregory, hereby give notice that I have applied on 24th November 2025 to Winchester City Council as the Licensing Authority for the Grant of a Premises Licence for the premises known as:
Rosey Lea, 19 The Square, Winchester, Hampshire SO23 9EX.
The application is for:
Sale of Alcohol (for consumption both on and off the premises);
Thursday to Monday: 09.00 to 23.30
Tuesday & Wednesday: 09.00 to 23.00
Live music; Monday to Sunday: 23.30
Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors); Monday to Sunday: 23.00 to 23.30
Date: 24th November 2025
Any person who wishes to submit representations in connection with this application should send their representations in writing to:
Licensing Manager, Winchester City Council, City Offices, Colebrook Street, Winchester SO23 9LJ,
to arrive by 22nd December 2025, i.e. within twenty-eight days of the date of this Notice; details of representations received will be forwarded to the applicants to enable them to comment. The representations received and the applicants’ comments will be taken into account in determining the application. Relevant representations will be forwarded to the applicant and published on the Council’s website.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and that person is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the Standard Scale.
