What is proposed?

We, Dartmouth Angling & Boating Association Club do hereby give notice that on 04 December 2025 applied to the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council for a New Premises Licence at 1st Floor, 5 Oxford Street, Dartmouth, TQ6 9AL.  
The application is for:  
- Live Music Indoors Monday to Saturday 11:00-00:30 & Sunday 11:00-22:30.
- Recorded Music Indoors Monday to Saturday 11:00-00:30 & Sunday 11:00-22:30.
- Supply of Alcohol On/Off Monday to Saturday 11:00-00:30 & Sunday 11:00-22:30.
- Opening Hours Monday to Saturday 11:00-01:00 & Sunday 11:00-23:00.  
Full details of the application can be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority at South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, South Devon, TQ9 5NE or by email to licensing@swdevon.gov.uk  
A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 01 January 2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
