HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application has been made to the Gosport Borough Council on for a premises licence at: Ground floor at 11 Stoke Road, Gosport, Hampshire, PO12 1LT.
Details of the application are as follows: the application seeks a new premises licence to permit the sale of retail of alcohol (for consumption off the premises only), Monday to Sunday, from 06:00 to 02:00. Opening hours on Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 02:00.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. Such an offence is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
This application and the Licensing Register can be inspected at the address below during normal office hours.
