Application to Grant a Premises Licence

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by Marlise Gladys Mawamba to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect of the premises known as Wamba Store which are situated at 44 Berry Street, City Centre, Wolverhampton, WV1 1HA. The application is as follows: Sale / supply of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 23:00 hours. The above application for a Premises Licence may be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to: Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter's Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 24 December 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited).
