relation to this application must do so in writing,
including their address & telephone number by no
later than the 26th of December 2025 to the
Licensing Department, Fylde Borough Council,
Town Hall, Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW. Email
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
a person doing so may be liable to a fine on
conviction of up to £5,000.
