NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is given that South Roots Ltd have on the 27th November 2025
Applied to Huntingdonshire District Council for a Premise Licence for Unit 7, Firecrest Court, Harrier Way, Yaxley, Peterborough, PE7 3WL.
For Retail Sale of Alcohol for Consumption OFF the Premises on Monday to Friday 10.00 to 13.00.
Persons wishing to inspect the register or the record of this application may do so by visiting the public register online https://www.huntingdonshire.gov.uk/licensing/public-registers/
Anyone wishing to make representations concerning this application should do so in writing online via the public register above or by email to licensing@huntingdonshire.gov.uk or by post to Huntingdonshire District Council, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon PE29 3TN.
Representations in respect of this application must reach the Licensing Authority by 24th December 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is unlimited.
