Notice of Application for Premises Licence
I, Kanagaratnam Mayooran hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of 141 West Road, Shoeburyness, Southend On Sea, SS3 9EF.
The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are Selling Of Alcohol. Mon to Sun 7am to 10.00pm. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea City Council).
All such representations shall be made in writing, by 24th December 2025. Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea City Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG or emailed to licact2003@southend.gov.uk
A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Councils office address given above, between 10.00am and 4.00pm on Mondays to Fridays. Or viewed on the Council website www.southend.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale
