BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL LICENSING AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE

AL-URUBA LTD is applying for the GRANT of a Premises License at: 391A COVENTRY ROAD, BIRMINGHAM, B10 OSP

If GRANTED the application will allow the following licensable activities to take place:
Provision of late night refreshment - Monday-Sunday 23:00 to 05:00

It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with an application. Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
