The Licensable activities I intend to conduct on the premises and the times I intend to conduct them are scheduled below:

Sale by Retail of Alcohol (Off Premises): Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 21:00, Sunday 15:00 - 21:00, Opening hours of the Premises: Monday to Saturday 09:00 - 21:00, Sunday 15:00 - 21:00.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for that offence is unlimited.
