What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

The Everton Football Club Company Limited Has applied for a Premises Licence for the External Spaces at Everton Football Club, Hill Dickinson Stadium, Bramley Moore Dock, Regent Road Liverpool L3 0BW To permit the following licensable activities; The sale of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises, playing of recorded music, performance of live music, performance of dance or entertainment of a similar description, showing films, performing plays from Monday to Sunday inclusive from 09:00 to 23:00 in the areas shown in the plan attached to the application and subject to the conditions proposed with six occasions of non-standard timing primarily for events in other time zones to extend from 23:00 to 09:00 the next day subject to a plan agreed with the Responsible Authorities. You can view a record of the application and make a representation on it either through the QR Code below or - liverpool.gov.uk/licensingrepresentations, alternatively ring 233 3015 to request a call-back for an appointment to view the application. Representation can also be made by post to – Liverpool City Council, Licensing and Public Protection, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. Representations must be received no later than the 26th December 2025 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made. Dated 28th November 2025
