LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

The Everton Football Club Company Limited Has applied for a Premises Licence for the External Spaces at Everton Football Club, Hill Dickinson Stadium, Bramley Moore Dock, Regent Road Liverpool L3 0BW To permit the following licensable activities; The sale of alcohol for consumption on or off the premises, playing of recorded music, performance of live music, performance of dance or entertainment of a similar description, showing films, performing plays from Monday to Sunday inclusive from 09:00 to 23:00 in the areas shown in the plan attached to the application and subject to the conditions proposed with six occasions of non-standard timing primarily for events in other time zones to extend from 23:00 to 09:00 the next day subject to a plan agreed with the Responsible Authorities. Representations must be received no later than the 26th December 2025 It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
