I CHERYL LUCY TONKIN give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of THE MOUNTS BAY INN, Churchtown, Mullion, Helston, Cornwall, TR12 7HN.
The application is to : Supply Alcohol On or Off The Premises - Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00. Live Music Friday & Saturday 18:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 15:00 to 21:00. Recorded Music - Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00 Friday & Saturday 10:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00
A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, New County Hall, Truro TRI 3AY or email licensinq@cornwall.qov.uk not later than 22nd December 2025

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
