Statement of relevant licensable activities or relevant qualifying club activities which it is proposed will be carried on or from the premises. Live music: New Years Eve 23:00 - 01:00. Supply of alcohol on and off the premises:
Mon to Fri 12:00 - 22:00, Sat & Sun 09:00 - 22:00.
Any person or responsible authority (as defined by the Licensing Act 2003) may make representations to the Licensing Authority no later than 23/12/2025. A copy of the application can be viewed at: www.castlepoint.gov.uk/licensing. Any representations made to the Licensing Authority must be in writing to: Castle Point Borough Council, Council Offices, Kiln Road, Benfleet, Essex, SS7 1TF. licensing@castlepoint.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is an unlimited fine.
