Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence
Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a new premises licence at Co-op Temp Store, Car Park, Co-op Main Street, Newark NG22 8EF for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday between 0700 and 2200. Conditions will apply. Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, Newark & Sherwood District Council, Castle House, Great North Road, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG24 1BY Or Email to licensing@newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk by 30
December 2025. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at or https://www.newark-sherwooddc.gov.uk/premiselicence It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
