Application for a New Premises Licence

An application in respect of Tony's Fish & Chips, Jubilee Road, Heacham KINGS LYNN, Norfolk, PE31 7AR has been made to the Borough Council of King’s Lynn & West Norfolk as follows:

Proposed Licensable Activities:
The sale of alcohol by retail
Sunday to Thursday 12:00- 21:00
Friday and Saturday 12:00- 21:30

The application can be viewed by appointment with the Licensing team quoting reference 25/01548/LA_PRE at the Council’s Office, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn (telephone: (01553) 616200)).

Anyone wishing to object to this application should do so, in writing by 24th December 2025 to Legal Services and Licensing, Borough Council of King's Lynn & West Norfolk, King’s Court, Chapel Street, King’s Lynn, PE30 1EX.

It is an offence for a person knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application. A person found guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine of an unlimited amount.
