Application for the grant of the renewal of a licence to use premises as a knacker’s yard from 1 January 2026 to  31  December  2026.

The undernoted have applied for the grant of the renewal of a licence to use the premises as a knacker’s yard in Terms of Section 6 of the above Act:

Names and address of applicants: Mr Henry Johnston & Mr Robert Johnston, t/a Grayshill Limited, Mollins Road, Cumbernauld G68 9BA

Address of Premises: Grayshill Limited, Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9BA

Type of Licence: The use of premises as a knacker’s yard

Any objections in terms of Section 6(3) of the Act should be lodged with the undernoted no later than 19 December 2025.
