Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary the premises licence at Co-op, Caldew Street, Silloth, Cumbria CA7 4BY to vary the times when licensable activities may take place on Sunday from 10:00-22:30 to 08:00-23:00 and to remove Annex 1 of Embedded Off Licence Restrictions. Conditions will apply. In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same. Anyone wishing to make a representation to this application may do so in writing to Licensing Department, Cumberland Council, Allerdale House, Workington, Cumbria CA14 3YJ Or by Email to licensing@allerdale.gov.uk by 22 December 2025. The Application may be viewed at Council Offices during opening times or at www.allerdale.gov.uk
