What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR  VARIATION OF CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Chew Magna Football Club applied to Bath & North East Somerset Council on 7th Nov 2025  to extend the use the premises at Stowey Rd, Clutton, BS39 5TG for the supply of alcohol by the club to members of the club and spectators between the hours of 1pm and 11pm on all days of the week.
Notification of the application made to the Licensing Authority is available on a register at www.bathnes.gov.uk/licensing-register.
Representations should be made in writing to: Bath & North East Somerset Council Licensing Services Lewis House Manvers Street Bath BA1 1JG or by email to licensing@bathnes.gov.ukbefore 23rd Dec 2025.
Representations made will be disclosed in an open meeting should a hearing be necessary.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is subject to a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
