NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 27th November 2025 The Craft Union Pub Company Limited applied to Bristol City Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Prince of Wales, 5 Gloucester Road, Bristol, Bishopston, BS7 8AA.

The proposed variation is ;- Extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol and regulated entertainment (live and recorded music)/late night refreshment to 01:00 on a Thursday and 02:00 on a Friday and Saturday with opening hours extended by 30 minutes on the same days. - Replace virtually all the premises licence conditions with new conditions.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Licensing Team, PO Box 3300 Bristol BS1 9LN or via email licensing@bristol.gov.uk no later than the 25th December 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Bristol City Council the record of the application may be inspected at Bristol City Council, Licensing Authority, 100 Temple Street, Bristol, BS1 6AG between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday – Friday, with the exception of Wednesday when the opening hours are 10.00 am and 5.00 pm or on the Council’s website at www.bristol.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
