NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLV Enterprises Ltd has applied to Buckinghamshire Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the premises known as KFC, Wycombe Retail Park, Ryemead Way, High Wycombe, Bucks, HP11 1FY

The licence is for the following licensable activities.

Late night refreshment. For the provision of hot food by delivery and click & collect orders only.

Proposed timings are Monday to Sunday 23.00 – 24.00

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
