NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

APPLICANT: NORTHERN RYE LTD

PREMISES: NORTHERN RYE, GROUND FLOOR, UNIT 3, 112 LITTLE BEDFORD STREET, NORTH SHIELDS, NE29 6NW

Notice is hereby given that Northern Rye Ltd has applied on the 27th November 2025 to North Tyneside Council for a New Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application sought is to permit the supply of alcohol (off the premises only) every day 09.00 to 22.00. The opening hours of the premises will be daily from 07.00 to 22.00. Conditions will apply.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, North Tyneside Council, The Killingworth Site, Harvey Combe, Killingworth, NE12 6UB. Representations must be received no later than 25th December 2025.

The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.northtyneside.gov.uk.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
