Notice Of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th November 2025 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd, applied to Great Yarmouth Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises: Feathers, 128 High Street, Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, NR31 6RE. The proposed variation is:  1. To vary the end time for recorded music on a Friday, Saturday and a Sunday (only if preceding a Bank Holiday Monday) to 02:00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, The Licensing Team, Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF or to: licensing@great-yarmouth.gov.uk, no later than the 15th December 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Great Yarmouth Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at: The Town Hall, Great Yarmouth, NR30 2QF during usual office hours. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The line for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
