What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under
Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that MVL Properties 2017 Ltd in
respect of premises to be known as Electric Studios, 6-7
Leadmill Street, Sheffield, S1 4SE, applied to Sheffield City
Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The
proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted
with the application, which can be viewed upon request, to
make the following alterations to the Ground Floor only:
Area in southwest corner opened out and changed from
back of house to front of house enlarging the Customer
area; Existing Toilets removed and new created; New
Unisex Wheelchair Accessible WC; Additional fire exit
created in northwest corner onto Suffolk Road; Existing
Cloakroom in northeast corner removed and area changed
to front of house; New 1st Aid Room created; All bar
serveries replaced and additional servery added; Two new
customer stairs created to 1st Floor (and above); and New
Passenger Lift to 2nd Floor. There is also new customer
toilets and a cloakroom on the First Floor. Interested parties
