What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given B Medina SM Ltd has made
an application under section 17 of part 3 of the
Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises
licence for the premises known as: B Medina 45
Lidget Hill Pudsey Leeds LS28 7LJ. We intend to
conduct on or from the premises the following
licensable activities: Late Night Refreshment
Monday to Thursday and Sunday inclusive 23.00
to 00.00 Friday and Saturday 23.00 to 01.00 hours
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within
the meaning of the Act) may make written
representations to Leeds City Council about this
application which should be sent by 23rd
December 2025 to the following address:
Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic
Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
