APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Punch Taverns Limited has
applied in respect of Bull, 259 London Road, Bedford,
MK42 0PX for an application to vary the premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit the following:This
is an application to vary the premises licence to permit the
premises to open from 09:00 every day of the week
(currently 11:00). To extend sale of alcohol every day of
the week from 09:00 (currently 11:00). This is to allow the
premises to open for breakfast.There are no changes to
evening hours. ANY PERSON wishing to make any
representation to the application should write to the
Licensing Authority, Bedford Borough Council, Borough
Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford, MK42 9AP or email
specifying the grounds for
making representations. Interested parties or responsible
authorities may make written representations these should
be sent to the Licensing Authority within 28 days starting
on the day after the day on which the application was given
to the council. Date by which Interested Parties and
Responsible Authorities may make representations: 24
December 2025. Applications can be viewed during office
hours at the Council or via the council’s website on
https://www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
