What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK Ltd
has applied to Milton Keynes for a new Premises
Licence for Late Night Refreshment on and off
daily until 3am, whilst closing to the public daily at
Midnight, at Popeyes, 2 Midsummer Place, Central
Milton Keynes MK9 3GB.
A register of licensing applications can be
inspected at The Licensing Service, Civic Offices,
1 Saxon Gate East, Milton Keynes by appointment

gov.uk. Any person wishing to submit
representations to this application must give notice
in writing to the licensing authority at the address
shown above, giving in detail the grounds of
objection by 22 December 2025. Representations
must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives:
the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety,
the prevention of public nuisance and the
protection of children from harm.
It is an offence liable to an unlimited fine to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with this application.
