Licensing Act 2003 – Notice
Littlehampton Badminton and Squash Club, Sparks Court, Clifton Road, Littlehampton, West Sussex, BN17 5AS has made an application for a Variation to a Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003. Proposed licensable qualifying club activities are as follows: Extension of alcohol opening hours to start 11:00 Monday to Sunday. Closing times remain unchanged at 23.00 Sunday to Thursday and 00.30 on Friday and Saturday.
The application is open to representation from interested parties and responsible authorities between 28th November 2025 and 26th December 2025.
