What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Joshua Yeng is applying for a Premises licence at Courtside
Pickleball Block F, Bays 5 and 6 The Stourbridge Estate Mill
Race Lane Stourbridge DY8 1JN. If Granted the application will
allow Sales of Alcohol ON & OFF the Premises Monday –
Sunday 07:00 – 21:00.
Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so
in writing, preferably by email to: Licensing Services,
Environment Dudley MBC, Lister Road Depot, Dudley DY2 8JW.

Representations
must be made in writing 28 days from the date of this notice by
midnight on 26th December 2025.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the licensing act 2003, to
make a false statement in or in connection with this application.
Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary
conviction to a fine of any amount.
