NOTICE FOR APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that:
FLAVOURRUSH PIZZA LTD
Have applied to Milton Keynes Council for a new premises licence to be granted in respect of the following premises: UNIT 3B, LLOYDS COURT, 18B SECKLOW GATE, MK9 3AT
The applications request authorisation for the following licensable activities:
Late Night Refreshment
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00hrs
Opening hours
Monday to Sunday 11:00 to 05:00hrs
Any person or responsible authority wishing to make representations either against or in support of the application must do so in writing to the following address: LICENSING TEAM, MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL, CIVIC, 1 SAXON GATE EAST, MILTON KEYNES or by email to

The last date for representations to be made is: 14 December 2025
Representations received in response to this application will ordinarily be made available for public inspection, including disclosure to the applicant and any relevant responsible authorities unless agreed otherwise.
Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives (namely crime and disorder, public nuisance, public safety, or protection of children from harm.) It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and unlimited fine is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
