Please take notice that we Background

Southwark Council for a new Premises
Licence in respect of The Clock Tower,
1a Rye Lane, London, SE15 5EW. The
relevant licensable activities proposed
to be carried on, or from the premises
are Sale of alcohol and late night
refreshment – Monday: 19:00–00:30;
Tuesday: 17:00–00:30; Wednesday:
17:00–01:30; Thursday: 17:00–02:30:
Friday: 17:00–05:30; Saturday: 15:00–
05:30; Sunday: 15:00–04:30 – Regulated
entertainment - Monday: 19:00–01:00;
Tuesday: 17:00–01:00; Wednesday:
17:00–02:00; Thursday: 17:00–03:00;
Friday: 17:00–06:00; Saturday: 15:00–
06:00; Sunday: 15:00–05:00 A register

Southwark area is maintained by:
The Licensing Service, Hub 1, 3rd
Floor, 160 Tooley Street, London,
SE1 2QH. A record of this application
may be inspected by visiting the office
during normal office hours by
appointment on 020 7525 2000, details
are also available on our website at
https://app.southwark.gov.uk/ 
It is open to any interested party to make
representations about the likely effect
of the application on the promotion of
the licensing objectives. Represen -
tations must be made in writing to
the Licensing Service at the office
address given above (or by email via
licensing@southwark.gov.uk) and be
received by the Licensing Unit by no
later than 29 December 2025.
Note: it is an offence to knowingly or
recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. A person
guilty of such offence is liable on summary
conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5
on the standard scale.
