Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence made under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 

Please take notice that I / we Hiver Beers have made application to Southwark Council to Vary the Premises Licence in respect of
Hiver Taproom, London, 56 Stanworth Street, SE1 3NY  

The Proposed variation is as follows:   We wish to extend our hours on Thursdays and Fridays so that we can serve alcohol until 11pm and close at 11:30pm. We also wish to add a live music licence until 10pm on Thursday and Fridays, until 11pm on Saturdays and 8pm on Sundays  The relevant licensable activities and proposed times to be varied:   

The retail sale of alcohol: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday  11:00 22:00
Thursday, Friday, Saturday 11:00 23:00

 The provision of regulated entertainment: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday  11:00 22:30

It is open to any interested party to make representations about the likely effect of the application on the promotion of the licensing objectives. Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
