What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for a New Premises Licence

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied for a Premises Licence at Co-op, 57B Clarence Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1RB for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday inclusive 07:00–23:00. The premises shall close to the public at 19:00 and re-open at 07:00 on the following day. All sales between 19:00–23:00 will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Team, Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames, Guildhall 2, High Street, Kingston upon Thames KT1 1EU or by email to: licensing@kingston.gov.uk by 16 December 2025. The Application may be viewed during normal office hours at Council Offices or at www.kingston.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
