Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that FAH MAI HOLDINGS LIMITED has applied for a premises licence to Mid Suffolk District Council in relation to Fai Mai Holdings, Trees, Thrandeston Road, Brome, Eye, Suffolk, IP23 8AT to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday(remote sales only) 00:00hrs – 24:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.midsuffolk.gov.uk
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, the Licensing Team, Mid Suffolk District Council (as the Licensing Authority) at Endeavour House, 8 Russell Road, Ipswich IP1 2BX, or by e-mail to
licensingteam@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk.
Such written representation must be received by 24/12/2025 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
