Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Luigis Al Fresco, of 69 High Street, Maldon, Essex, CM9 5EP, has applied to Maldon District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The application is to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises and for the use of recorded and live music between the hours of 10:00–23:00.

A copy of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Office, Maldon District Council, Princes Road, Maldon, CM9 5DL, during office hours, or online.

Any person wishing to make a representation concerning this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address, or by email to licensing@maldon.gov.uk, no later than: 12 December 2025
