Eleven, 25-27 High Street North, Dunstable LU6
1HX Am applying for a variation of a Premises
Licence. The nature of the variation is to: Extend
the hours for the sale of alcohol (consumption off
the premises only) from 00.00hrs to 24.00hrs each
day (currently 06.00hrs to 02.00hrs daily). Extend
the hours for late night refreshment to 23.00hrs to
05.00hrs each day (currently 23.00hrs to 02.00hrs
daily).

within 28
days from the date of this notice. A copy of the
application is also held by Central Bedfordshire
Council, Licensing Team may be viewed upon
request.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a
false statement in connection with an application,
the maximum fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction is a level 5 fine on the
standard scale.
