Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an
application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to
vary a premises licence for The Golden Beam, Headingley
Lane, Headingley, Leeds, LS6 1BX. The application seeks
to amend the premises licence as follows: Amend the Sale
of Alcohol times of the premises as follows: Sunday to
Thursday 0900 – 0000; Friday and Saturday 0900 – 0030.
Amend the provision Late Night Refreshment of the
premises as follows: Sunday to Thursday 2300 – 0000;
Friday and Saturday 2300 – 0030. Amend the opening
hours of the premises as follows: Sunday to Thursday 0800
– 0030; Friday and Saturday 0800 – 0100. There are no
other changes to the premises licence. This application has
been made to Leeds City Council. Details of the application
can be viewed at the Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City
Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR during normal hours
of business or at

www.leeds.gov.uk

at any time. Any person
who wishes to make representations regarding this
application must give notice in writing to the Licensing
Authority at the above address or by e-mail to

entertainment.licensing@leeds.gov.uk

no later than
Wednesday, 24th December 2025 stating the grounds for
the representation.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. The
maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary
conviction for this offence is unlimited.
