NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF
A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Niza Superstores (Eastbourne)
Limited has applied to Licensing Central
Bedfordshire Council Thorn Turn Grendall Lane
Houghton Regis LUJ5 6GJ for the variation of the
existing Premises Licence for Packhorse Services
Watling Street Kensworth LU6 3QU. The general
nature of the variation is to deposit a new Premises
Plan. To amend and remove some of the the
licence conditions, to voluntarily add conditions, to
add late night refreshment and to permit the off
sale of alcohol for twenty four hours.
A register of licensing applications can be
inspected at the above address during office hours
Any person wishing to submit relevant
representations concerning this application must
give notice in writing to Licensing Team at the
above address or email

centralbedfordshire.gov.uk giving in detail the
grounds of the representation no later than 23rd
December 2025. It is an offence under section 158
of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly
to make a false statement in connection with an
application and upon conviction, the fine is
