NOTICE OF
APPLICATION FOR LICENCE

I/We PCC Secretary – Angela Symonds Of St Marys Church, Church Street, Luton Bedfordshire LU13JF are applying for the Variation of a Premises Licence. If granted, the licence will enable the following to take place: sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Plays, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performances of Dance on the premises 12.00 and 00.00 Monday to Sunday. Remove and replace conditions stated within annex 2 of the premises license. We also wish to remove the mandatory alcohol condition under the Licensing Act 2003 DPS in respect of the premises licence.
Persons wishing to make representations in respect of this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Service, Luton Borough Council, Town Hall, Luton, Beds, LU1 2BQ, within 28 days from the date of this notice. A copy of the Application is also kept at the above address and may be viewed during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction of an unlimited fine.
