LICENSING ACT 2003 – APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
ES Global Investments Ltd has applied to Oldham Council for a Premises Licence at: Unit 4, Cromford Business Centre, Oldham, OL1 4EA. The application is to permit the following licensable activity: Supply of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises:
• Monday–Friday: 06:00–20:00
• Saturday–Sunday: 08:00–14:00
Any person wishing to make representations must do so by 17th December 2025 by contacting the Council’s Licensing Section. It is an offence to knowingly make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine is unlimited.
