Westmorland County Showground. Lane Farm, Crooklands - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that we, Wheels Up North LTD have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Westmorland County Showground. Lane Farm, Crooklands, Milnthorpe, Cumbria, LA7 7NH

The proposed licensable activities are: Live & Prerecorded music between the hours of 13:00 - 23:00 on the 19th July 2025 & 10:30 - 16:30 on the 20th July 2025. Sale of alcohol between the hours of 13:00 - 22:00 on the 19th July 2025 & 11:00 - 16:30 on the 20th July 2025.

Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 17th December 2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 – 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council’s website – www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
