What is proposed?
Notice is hereby given that Bruce Upson has applied in respect of Nene Terrace Auctions Ltd, 197 Nene Terrace, Peterborough, PE6 0LD for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for the sale of alcohol on premises stated above, during the hours of Mon - Sat 8.00am - 16.00pm and Sun 10.00am - 14.00pm. Please note that no alcohol will be consumed on site.
Representations to this application must be made in writing by 28/12/2025 to the Licensing Team, South Holland District Council, Council Offices, Priory Road, Spalding, PE11 2XE where applications can be inspected during office hours. It is an offence liable on summary conviction to a maximum fine of £5,000 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application
