APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Danyal Osman of 248 Smithdown Road, Liverpool, L15 5AH hereby give notice that I have applied for a Premises Licence in respect of Cheat Daze as follows:-

Provision of late-night refreshment Sunday to Saturday 23:00 to 03:00

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Liverpool City Council, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool L3 4AH, or by email to: contactus@ liverpool.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application.

The full application can be viewed at the above offices between 10:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council’s website - www.liverpool.gov.uk

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction
