NOTICE is hereby given that I Atouf Subhani Applied on the 24th of November to Cheshire east Council in respect of the premises known as: Disley Local Shop 7 Fountain Street Disley SK12 2AB Under the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 for a licence to provide: The retail off sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 06:00 to 23:00

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team Cheshire East Council, Regulatory Services and Health, C/O Delamere House, Delamere Street, Crewe, CW1 2LL.

No later than 22nd December, 28 days after the application was made to the licensing authority, starting on the day after the day the application was made. A copy of the application for the above licence is kept by Licensing dept Cheshire East Council Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach, CW11 1HZ

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale
