A record of the application may be inspected by appointment only during the hours Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00 at the Customer Services Centre, City Hall, Plater Way, Sunderland, SR1 3AA. Representations regarding the application must be made in writing to the Council or by emailing licensing@sunderland. gov.uk no later than 19/12/2025. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
