LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE 

Sapid Coffee Limited, Unit 2 - 303 Holloway Road, N7 8HS.

Notice is given that Sapid Coffee Ltd has applied to Islington Council to vary a Premises Licence or Club Premises Certificate under the Licensing Act 2003.  The proposed variation is: An extension of the premises opening hours: Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 04:00 the following day, and alternative days such as bank holidays. The provision of late night refreshment: Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 04:00 the following day, and alternative days such as bank holidays. The sale by retail of alcohol: Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 04:00 the following day, and alternative days such as bank holidays. The provision of regulated entertainment for the playing of recorded music; Friday and Saturday 12:00 to 04:00 the following day, and alternative days such as bank holidays.

Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
